Manage Application Roles

Assign users or groups to application roles to define what they are allowed to do in Loome Publish.

Administrator

Roles that can access the BI and Data Catalogue with permissions above other users.

BI Catalogue

Users assigned to any of these roles gain access to the BI Catalogue features of Loome Publish.

Data Catalogue

Users assigned to any of these roles gain access to the Data Catalogue features of Loome Publish, such as the entity board and network maps. Please note that Data Catalogue users will be able to see the relationships between all the Assets in Loome Publish, no matter what audiences they are a part of.
